Broadening the World of One-Handed Piano Music
Takeo TchinaiJapanese pianist Takeo Tchinai plays with only his left hand after a severe illness denied the use of his other hand. Having worked hard to spread piano music played with one hand he’s currently assembling material for performances of folk and children’s songs of the Korean Peninsula. We find out more about Tchinai’s work to broaden the world of one-handed performances.
